Serviceline have had a productive year so far, working to provide a seamless Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance service to Circle Health Group sites nationwide.

As the business has grown we have structured into a series of standalone yet complementary, specialist departments. Functioning holistically, these divisions of the business can also be individually utilised and tailored to our customer requirements.

Serviceline operates a mature Reactive Catering, Warewash & Refrigeration Maintenance model prioritising our customers most critical calls, targeting speed of response and speed of fix to ensure asset availability.

Our Catering & Refrigeration Engineers are fully cleared and approved to work in high security environments such as airports and prisons, and all our field engineers are centrally co-ordinated by our 24/7 technical service response team.

Our gas safe Reactive Engineers are specialists across a wide range of commercial gas and electric equipment in kitchens of all sizes. In addition, our Refrigeration specialists all hold City & Guilds and F Gas certification.

Serviceline takes a proactive and tailored approach to Planned Preventative Maintenance. We offer a range of options in Catering & Refrigeration to suit our customers’ needs, service models which will ensure a safe compliant environment in which to serve your customers.

Our teams dismantle and mechanically service catering and refrigeration devices to guarantee compliance and ensure that production equipment runs efficiently and consistently, leaving chefs to concentrate on their own specialism of food preparation and remove the stress caused by equipment downtime or sub-optimal performance.

Our delivery & installation service goes far beyond simply supplying equipment to our customers.

Working with our sister company Miller’s Vanguard’s logistics operation, we take care of every aspect of delivery and installation.
Working together, the fully trained delivery teams install, commission and deliver handover operating training.

Both reactive and planned, our Installations & Warehousing teams ensure that our customers’ equipment is stored, delivered, installed and uplifted to exacting standards.

Our Parts Distribution function services all our key department teams across the country. From procurement to picking lists, this provides our field engineers instant access to our global supply chain inventory.

Your account manager works alongside our experienced equipment sales team - dedicated to supporting our customers with the sourcing, specification and provision of new and refurbished catering, warewash & refrigeration equipment. We have access to a wide portfolio of devices, from both within the Ali Group of Companies and from various UK, European and North American equipment manufacturers.

Our maintenance service contracts are tailored to fit exacting customer needs. We listen to what is important to our customers and their foodservice professionals, to offer the most suitable options for their requirements and budget.

Discover SL+7's role in keeping our engineers on target

Our cutting-edge Operations Centre is our technical hub, controlling the service work-flow and engineering resource. Manned 24/7-364 days per year, processing 500+ calls per day, housing our various teams of electro-mechanical support, asset management, call handling and customer contact.

All calls received are triaged and technically screened prior to being electronically transmitted to our engineers networked tablets.
